The Goa Children’s Court was set up on 4-12-2004 under the Goa Children Act, 2003 ( 18 of 2003). The Hon. District & Sessions Judge is appointed as President of the Children’s Court. It is functioning at Shrama Shakti Bhavan, Patto, Panaji. It deals with the offences against minor who are below 18 years old and has its sitting once in a week only.
