To assist in rehabilitation measures of displaced persons i.e. commercially exploited women and other illegal/unauthorized commercial and residential house holds whose structures could not be saved during the demolition drive undertaken in view of the Judgement of the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay at Goa in Writ Petition No.365/1997.

 1) To provide temporary shelter and support to women who have no family or social support systems to rely on.
2) To rehabilitate the women socially and economically by provision of skill training, counseling.

Meant for Non-Government Voluntary Organisation, registered under the registration of Societies Act, 1860, a pubic Trust registered under any law for the time being in force, local bodies, Govt. bodies or other bodies as specified by the Govt. having Managing Body with powers, duties and responsibilities, experience of working in the field of women and children welfare, and rendering their services without distinction of caste, religion or language.
