The Goa State Commission for Protection of Child Rights is constituted vide Notification No. 2-125-2006/DW&CD/1667 dated 22/10/2008 and published in the Official Gazette in Sr. II No.32 dated 6/11/2008. The tenure of the Commission is for a period of three years .The said Commission is constituted under The Commissions for Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005 to promote and maintain the best interests of all the children in Goa and to ensure that the rights of the child are protected so that they become the fit citizen. The following are the Members:
